dbok Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to dbok. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dbok ("dbok", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the dbok website, mobile application, and all associated services available at dbok.io.

By registering an account on dbok, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use dbok.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one dbok account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on dbok, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This mobile number will be used for payment processing — deposits and withdrawals will only be processed to and from this number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbok account credentials. dbok will never contact you to ask for your password. • Do not share your dbok login details with anyone.

4 Deposits

dbok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your dbok account instantly in most cases.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted.

• dbok reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that originate from unregistered third-party numbers.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on dbok are processed to the same mobile number that is registered on your dbok account. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised payouts. dbok does not process withdrawals to third-party numbers or bank accounts not linked to your registered mobile number.

The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Finance / Wallet page. dbok does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods — such as major cricket tournaments — processing may take slightly longer, but dbok aims to complete all withdrawals within the same day they are requested.

• Withdrawals are only available after your account has been verified.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• dbok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to an incorrect mobile number will be returned to your dbok balance.
• Repeated withdrawal requests that fail due to player error may be subject to a review period.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

dbok offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free-play credits, and weekly leaderboard rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed on the promotions page at the time of the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all dbok promotions:

For sports betting, including cricket and football markets:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, dbok's specific sport rules — available on the relevant game page — will determine how bets are settled.
• dbok reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

For casino and fishing games:

• All games on dbok use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds from licensed providers.
• Game results are final. Technical issues that interrupt a game session will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by dbok's servers.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dbok. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one dbok account under any identity or device.

• Money laundering: Using dbok to process funds derived from illegal activity. dbok cooperates fully with law enforcement in such cases.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile financial service provider for a legitimate dbok transaction.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

dbok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your dbok account is suspended due to a suspected violation, you will be notified by the support team. You will have the opportunity to provide clarification. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

10 Privacy and Data
